Campaign data
URLs, campaign parameters, pasted spreadsheet rows, naming rules, audit findings, and exported files are processed by code running in your browser. UTM Harbor does not operate an application server that receives this data.
Local browser storage
The site may use local storage to keep naming rules and recent batch summaries on your device. This data is not synchronized. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser or restoring the default rules in the workbench.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, requested path, browser details, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. These infrastructure logs do not include the campaign data typed into the tools because processing happens after the page loads.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current version does not set advertising cookies, display ads, or run a product analytics service. If advertising or consent management is added, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before those features are enabled.

Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
